Backup Location

Please guide, Will It must that Storage Location should also added with Domain. Becasue I have one Oracle Server(Windows 2008 Server) which Connect with Storage Device and it is in workgroup. But My domain Server(Windows 2003 Server) is also my backup server and I have attached Storage Locaion of Oracle Server in DLO (Storage Locaion-192.168.100.98).

Suggest that, it will possible.................

Hello Himanshu,

     I would receommend that we always use  a Domain account as it will have the required previledges.
