Backup Running Slower than Usual but with errors

We backup everyday in Windows 2000 Server Installed, with Microsoft Exchange 2003 and Mcafee antivirus running.

The backup usually takes around 6 hours to complete but now its taking around 15 hours, The backup completes but comes with errors.
