We have a LACIE SAN device. One of our departments uses it for archive storage. To protect it we back it up twice a month. Recently it has started failing stating that it can't contact the remote agent. The drive runs on a simplified Windows O/S. Is there a specific agent or method for backing up these kinds of devices?
