Backup SharePoint 3.0

Hello,

I have installed Backup Exec 2012 and deployed agent Sharepoint 3.0

I'm trying to backup but I have errors:

- If I run a backup of the databases, I have errors in two of DB: SharedServices_Search_DB & SharedServicesDB

- And on the main screen, I see the icon sharepoint farm, but the option to configure backup is gray out

Can you help?

...if BE 2012 SP2 isn't installed, run LiveUpdate and install it before push-installing these updates to any remote servers you may have...

...have you made sure that the BESA you use for the BE services complies with the account requirements for SharePoint?

Yes, all jobs work correctly except sharepoint....

...so the BESA has the correct permissions to SharePoint then?

Have you tried to recreate the job and selection list?
