I'm having trouble restoring individual mailboxes. I'm backing up Exchange 2007 to disk with the GRT option selected. MY BE logon is not hidden from GAL, mailbox is unique, and the Remote Agent on Exchange is running under "local system account". I've read the post here and none of the suggestions seem to help. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

What is the error message while restoring mailbox?
Is it redirected restore? Did you activate the mailbox on which you are restoring it?

Continually monitored by Symantec is a stretch. They do show up and look from time to time at threads, but it is not very often.
The peer to peer support is better than i would expect, but not all threads get answered.

Do you have exchange Management tools installed on backup server?
MAPI/CDO on exchange server?
Excahnge and backup server shoudl have same service pack and rollup patch for exchange installed.
Are you sure GRT was checked while taking backups?
