Backup exec 10 fails after a Exchange 2003 Defrag

Hello could any one run in to this problem?

My BackupExec 10 works fine on my MS Exchange servers 2003 until I defrag the mail stores then the jobs are failing

*****Error******
“Backup- \\Servername\Microsoft Information Store\MailA-D
V-79-57344-33928 - Access is denied.
Access denied to database Over.”

“Job ended: Thursday, October 06, 2005 at 4:51:36 AM
Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0xe0008488 - Access is denied.
Final error category: Security Errors
