Backup exec 10d Remote agent for Server 2008

I am running Backupexec 10d on a server 2003 machine, currently we have about 5 other 2003 servers which I have installed the remote agents on.

 

We now have a Server 2008 and when I tried to install the remote agent it told me that it currently doesn't support 64 bit.  So I looked on the symantec site and found a hotfix which means it will install to 64 Bit.

However it doesn't say it supports Server 2008 only 2003, so does anyone know if there is a patch for 2008 or if this one will work under 2008.

Your problem is that 10d does not support Windows Server 2008.
