I spent two hours last night updating my Backup exec 10d with approx 30 hotfix and sp1,2,3,4 updates. (My IT guy had failed to do this!)
I rebooted a couple of times thru the process, instead of after each update, which otherwise would have taken forever!
At the end of the process the only updates in my installed update folder were Hot Fix 9, and Service pack 4!
Prior to installing the latest updates on page one, the update folder had over 20 updates.
Where did all my other updates go or is this normal ?
