Backup exec 11d and Endpoint protection 11 database - Skipped?

Im receiving this skipped database file that will not backup. What to do? Please help me out?

If you are not using AOFO to perform open-file snapshots, an active database file will be skipped. I will research this further to see what, if any, problems may be caused by this file being skipped during a backup, as well as any possible workaround.

Hi.

I have this same problem an we use AOFO but stil this message appears...

V-79-57344-34110 - AOFO: Initialization failure on: "\\***********.local\C:". Advanced Open File Option used: Symantec Volume Snapshot Provider (VSP). AOFO: Unable to get minimum quiet time for physical volumes. Reduce the activity on these volumes, or wait and run the backup when there is less activity on the volumes.


Funniest in this is that this error cames every second day.... what i can do and is changes made for packup exec or Endpoint protection?
