Backup exec 2010 R3 / Desktop and Laptop Option

Hola buenas tardes,

Tengo instalado el Backup exec 2010 R3 / Desktop and Laptop Option en una maquina windows 2003 server y mis usuarios cuando hacen backup de sus archivos con extension PST se estan generando  "Versions" en algunos casos genera hasta 3 "Versions" me gustaria como desabilitar para que no genere tantas versiones pongo una imagen de lo que me refiero.

I dont know if I was able to fully translate correctly and I apoligise if I am not understanding your issue.

but in the Backup Exec 2010 Administrator Guide see page 1579 About DLO profiles to verify the users have the correct control permission so that they dont schedule too many backups. http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC2211

I just want 1 revision but in my server all my users have "3 versions" and that takes away a lot of space to my server.

Hi,

Set your Profile to keep 1 version on the Local User Data Folder (LUDF) and 1 version on the Network User Data Folder (NUDF).
