Backup exec 2012 not working

Backup Exec V-Ray Edition 2012 not working although we were backing up successfully till about a month ago.

Software now errored out with virtual library and library expansion licence needed although we have "licenses for Backup Exec Library Expansion Option and Virtual tape Library Unlimited drive option are included in Backup Exec V-Ray Edition 2012 only."

Anybody knows how and who to contact this as customer support said that they can't fix this.

As BE 2012 is End-Of Support you should consider an upgrade and possibly switch to Capacity licensing at the same time. (that is assuming your environment remains compatible with BE 16 and does not run older systems that are no longer supported)
