My jobs are failing....Final error: 0x452- When accessing a new tape of a multivolume partition, the current block size is incorrect

new tapes, or previosly used?
first tape of a backup job, or second or later?
are you current on firmware and drivers for both the SCSI card and the tape drive?

System Information file (for Windows 2003) - Run winmsd.exe >Save As
>5.0/6.0 version (.nfo format)
