Hi there,
I got this funny alerts message and result in a failed backup. There has been days, the backup failed, on the alerts, I get this 'insert overwritable media into the drive' repeatly, in additiion, I also received alert which say the job engine not reponding.
Surely if the job engine is not reponding then I shall not be send alerts to ask to insert or do I get the basic of backup exec wrong.
