Backup failed, access denied. Tried everything, no...

Hello everybody!

This is my first message, so i'm gonna introduce myself.

My name is Manu, I'm 28 years old and I'm from Spain (So, excuse me if my english is not very good)

I have a client network with a backups server (With symantec backup exec 2012) and lot of remote servers with symantec backup agent.

I have been able to make backups (Complete and incremental) for some servers:

And when I add the server, it passes the "Backup exec agent":

but in others, i always receive the next error:

"Error: Access denied" with error code: V-79-57344-33928

I have googled the error code and checked the tech notes from VOX and VERITAS:

Check usernames and passwords, network, UAC... Everything it's OK but always get error "Access denied"

Even, i have checked and passed the credentials:

I don't know what more can i do....

Any help??

Does this server run some application on it like Exchange or SQL?

What resource do u try to backup?
