Backup jobs stop halfway without error or alert

This is a problem that occurs intermittently:
At a random point during the backupjob the tape gets ejected.
When I get in in the morning the monitor displays a "loading..." message.
When I try to cancel the job, I can't.
I nee to stop the services manually, and even that takes forever. De BE job engine service usually needs 3 or 4 pushes to stop.
I have a SGmon logfile too, for whoever is interested.

What is the exact version of Backup Exec that you are using ? What is the build ?
