Backup of Lotus Domino databases

I have upgraded to BE 10.d for Windows Servers and am running Lotus Notes/Domino 7.0.2. Previously we were able to backup Lotus Notes databases as long as the server was not running and did not need to purchase the Domino agent. Now I can select the databases, but they are not getting backedup. I am hopong that this does not mean that in order to backup by databases I need to purchase the agent instead of just stopping the Domino server during backup.

Any inpu will be greatly appreciated.

Would you tell us know what exactly happens when you say "but they are not getting backedup"?
- Do you get an alert? Error?
- Do the DBs get skipped?
- Does the job Hang?
