Does anyone have any information on this article?  The last update from Symantec was 06/08/2012.

As the article said, you should log a support case so that Symantec can have a look at your problem.

Also, you can subscribe to the document so that you would get notified whenever the document is updated.

We are still researching what appears to be multiple slightly different crashes of beremote during VMware backups that behind the scenes might all be related to the same root cause..

Late yesterday support were advised that an orphan (non public) update was being worked on and should be released to support soon. (for both BE 2010 R3 and 2012)

Unfortunately to get an orphan update a formal support case is needed,

Customer that receive orphan updates need to be aware that they have not been subject the the same testing regime that public updates have which is one of the reasosn why we need formal support cases so we can monitor for unexpected results.
