Backup operations hang in a running state

Hello,

After installing Backup Exec v10 (sp1 + hotfix 17), the backup operations hang in a running state with 0 bytes count.
After canceled the job, I have this error in the log:
e0008821 - Job was recovered as a result of Backup Exec RPC service starting

I don't understand why the backup hang ??
