Final error: 0xa0008105 - Invalid Physical Volume Library Media Identifier

I am still receiving this error for restores after applying this article
http://support.veritas.com/docs/260761

I have attempted the following:
1. Recataloge tape - fails with same error
2. Move media to different media sets - fails with same error

The cataloge was copied from 9.0 Rev 4454 to 9.1 Rev 4691
However i have created a daily & weekly media set on the old media server where the cataloges came from it only contained a Daily Full Media Set.

Anyone have suggestions to solve

Hello,

Please uncheck the option use storage media based catalogs and then verify the result.

Please update the results.

Thanks,
