Backup slow after restore process

Have a SBS 2003 server with BE 9.1 4691. Nightly backups have been running fine since the server installation. We have updated the tape drive with the latest firmware and drivers. The issue is as follows:
After a restore job is performed - the next scheduled backup job that runs shows active but the data rate is 0 and needs to be aborted by the admin. There are no alerts or entries in the system or application logs other than the job was aborted.

The last three backup jobs that run after a restore have require the admin to abort the job and restart the backup services. After the restart of the services the backup jobs run successfully until the next restore. Any ideas??

Hello,

Please install SP3 and then observe the result.
