Backup slow since upgrade to version 10

Upgraded to version 10 tonight and system running first backup. The problem is that it has taken 3 and a half hours to do 3.5gb, it is backing up the exchange server which is on the same server. Job rate 10mb per minute. Any ideas. Thanks

Hi,


1. Verify whether the Anti Virus software is running on the machine of which you are taking backup. In case it is running, please disable it and then back up.

2. Verify the network traffic between the media server and the machine whose backup is taken. Also check the network card of the media server.
