Will exchange agent backup system with Exchange service pack 2 ok?

Am running backup exec 10 with exchange agent, am i ok to upgrade to exchange 2003 service pack 2?

Backup slow since upgrade to version 10

Upgraded to version 10 tonight and system running first backup. The problem is that it has taken 3 and a half hours to do 3.5gb, it is backing up the exchange server which is on the same server. Job rate 10mb per minute. Any ideas. Thanks
