Backup to Disk Failure

I have followed the directions in Document 266377 however when I test run my backup to disk job I keep getting an error that no media is online. The back up to disk folder is in the availble media sets however there doesn't appear to be any meda in the media set.

Any suggestions??

Hello,

How do u see the Backup to Disk folder under Backup Exec - Devices window? does it appear offline or online?

Just try inventorying the Backup to Disk folder and activate the Backup to Disk folder in the properties and then check.

Try testing this on another Backup to Disk folder and see how it works.
