Backup to Disk - Low Disk Space

I'm trying to backup to a shared folder on an XP workstation.

The Job will backup about 39GB then the Backup-to-disk folder shows low disk space.

The XP system still has 100GB free, I have reserverd 110GB and set media to overwrite, I have also turned off all granular backup options as stated in other posts.

If I pause the device and start it again the device comes back on-line but the next Job fails at about 39GB again.

Any ideas?

I did not realize that reserved space was how much free space was reserved.
