Backup to Disk goes OFFLINE when starting a Job

Hi !

I'm running BE10 on Win 2k3 SP1
I have created 5 BackupToDisk Folders to seperated Shares on a NAS.
Everytime I start a Job (not running concurrent) the Device goes OFFLINE.
When I put the Device back ONLINE by hand 3 TIMES the Job starts and works fine !
This was allready functional working at beginning.
Since about 3 weeks it won't !
I have an second Server with BE10 (other domain) writing on the same NAS on the same time and it works perfectly !
And there is no problem by running the Jobs at same time -> I've tried by hand.

I have allready reconfigured the BTD and have verifyd the Folders -> no problem.

Any idea ?

regards
Martin

Have you checked the event logs?

Also try creating the b2d on a non nas device!

No there are no Eventlogs but 33808 and 58057 !

Yes, creating a local B2D folder will work !
An I am able to backup to this without the given issue.
But on the second server also the B2D on the NAS work's ?!

Maybe there is an patch or update ?

No there are no EventLogs but the "Folder is not reachable" from BE !

Creating and backing up to an local B2D Folder work's !
But the second Server can also backup to NAS Folders !?!

Maybe there is a patch or update ?

I have reconfigured the B2D Folders and now it works.
Don't know why, but it does (already tried that way about 3 times) !
