Backup to disk problem

Hi

I am doing back-up to disk backup of my SQL database and in a span of ten days two times I got this error:



Backup job fails with the error "An unknown error has occurred" when backing up to a backup-to-disk folder.

I went on the link and followed the recommendation but still I am getting the error. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Aamir,

Could elaborate on your Issue.

- Under what account are your services running?
- Does this error occur only with this backup??
- What happens if you backup to a Device?
