Backup with existing tape

I have automated jobs with my new 10d for Windows. I am trying to backup on some old tapes that I have. I would like to turn off the Warning message that says it is going to write over an existing tape. Where exactly do I do this?

is where I see this but on my setup I can not modify this alert....Interesting
