BackupExec 10.0 DLO Windows Invalid Decryption Key

Hi,
I have problems to restore DLO backup files - the error message is: "Error reading source file. The decryption key is invalid".
History: This backup has been made with BackupExec version 9.1. The sw has been upgraded to BE 10.0 with 'clean' installation and the encryption key is possibly changed.
Now the problem is how to change the key to enable the restore from earlier 9.1 DLO backups? Is there any tools to change the encryption/decryption key?

Hi,

-Have you upgraded DLO agent also ?
-run the Data integrity scanner from Tools - wizards in dlo admin console which will tell us which data is available for restore



Update us on the same and revert for any further Query
