Error when trying to create IDR bootable CD

Marcel_Straessl

After the successful installation of the IDR option onto our V10.1 installation (in Win2003 german), I try to create a bootable IDR CD and get the following error:

Fehler beim Oeffnen von
"\\.....\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT\IDR\disk1\51ASETUP1.de_"

(Error when attempting to open ..."
I checked the directory and this file is not there. What do I do now? The installation was successful and up to that point everything seems to run just fine ...

Any help appreciated!!Message was edited by:

This device driver update only works for 10.1.5629 and above. We're running 10.0.5484.
On the one hand I'm not sure I want to upgrade to 10.1. hearing about all the trouble people are having with slow backups. On the other hand our backup speed has been halved (8 hours instead of 4 sofar) after the installation of Rev 5484 anyway ...

Where can I get the upgrade to 10.1 ?Message was edited by:
