BackupExec 11D always grows memory issue

Hi technical guys,

OS : Windows 2003 enterprise server x 64  with SP1

Veritas : BackupExec 11D

Our 11D has always problem on unlimited memory used , our 2003 64 server has 8GB , but 11D aleways will used  almost 7GB , evan don't run any job , I have read the beofre text here and somebody suggest to rebuild the Database ,but I have tried it and no improvement on this issue ,

I think a lot of users have same probelm , can some symantec experts help me to check this issue ?

Or only downgrade our OS to x 32 bit can resolve this probelm ? BUT I DON'T WANT IT~
