BackupExec 11d - VSS Snapshot Error

We have Backup Exec installed on backup server. And 5 other servers are clients with Remote Agents installed.

All servers have nearly same configuration.

And backup is failed for one server with the following error message

Completed status: Failed
Final error: 0x80042308 - 0x80042308 (2147754760)
Final error category: Other Errors

Volume Shadow Copy service is started on this server.

What can be a reason for this problem? How clould I fix it?

I will like you to first verify that server \\MOSEMAFIL01 has all the VSS patches.  Then try to create a snapshot from the properties of the C:\ .

you are right, it fails also when i try to crate snapshot from the properties of drive C:
 
error message in Event Log is: "Volume Shadow Copy Service error: The shadow copy could not be committed - operation timed out." EventID 12310
 
What can be a solution for this problem?
 
What VSS patches should i check?

Apply SP2 for Windows 2003, to the server with the VSS problem.  If that still doesn't fix the issue with the Shadow Copies then contact Microsoft.
