Dear All,

We have recently uinstalled a CASO Server in our backup environment. All servers are using BackupExec 2010 R3. Some of our Managed Media server do not show up on the CASO server after migration.

Does anyone have an idea where this is coming from and how to overcome that issue?

Many thanks for your help

Hi,

Could be that the servers are pointing to the incorrect server in each server's registry.

Backup the registry on the affected servers and then do a search for the old CASO server's name. Once you find it, remove it and then restart the BE services.

Then add the server to the new CASO in the normal way.

Thanks!
