I'm having the problem described here: https://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH185406, however installing SP1 did not fix the problem for me.  Are there any other solutions to this?

If you have restart your media server and the problem still exists, you got to log a support case with Symantec for them to investigate.

I thought that's what I was doing already?

I have got the error logs and I am analysing them.

Thanks,

Hi,

On analyzing the logs, it appears that there was some problem during upgrade and hence requires detailed analysis. From the earlier comments, I understand you have already logged a tech support case; in case you haven’t, I would request you to log one; and provide me the case ID so that I can work with tech support and do further investigations.

Thanks,

Vivek

Where do I find my technical contact ID, support number, or technical case ID?

Hi,

Please find the Symantec Tech Support contact details from following link:
