BackupExec 9.1 Agent Accelerator for Exchange Server 2003 crashes on high l

I got the impression that the BackupExec Service on the remote machine crashes easy when it backs up Exchange 2003 an there is a high memory load.
We have fp-win 3.14 installed on a exchange 2003 / Windows Server 2003 machine. When it performs a normal virus-scan it causes very high memory usage. If a backup runs at the same time (for the Exchange 2003 Server), it is likely that the BackupExec Service crashes. There is no problem with the normal File-Backup.

Can anyone out there confirm this impression?

Hello,

We recommend that you stop the anti-virus during the backup as the files that are accessed by Anti-virus may be accessed by Backup Exec which might cause conflicts

-Please check whether your backups are running when the Exchange maintenance is going on
Please see the technote for more information on this:

Also check whether the anti virus supports VAPI and MAPI if it does then please change from VAPI to MAPI

Thanks,
