BackupExec 9.1 and STT3401a

I am having an issue getting my Certance/Seagate STT3401A Travan 40 USB drive o recognize in Veritas. I have verified it works properly under windows. I have been able to successfully complete a backup with Windows backup, but the device will not be recognized by Veritas. Any help would be appreciated.

From the technote given below verify if the device is listed in the hardware compatibility list.

If the device is tested then install latest Veritas Drivers.
If the device is compatible then install OEM drivers and verify results
