BackupExec ExecView

We have installed BackupExec ExecView in our corporate office. We would like to monitor remote sites via ExecView. What ports do we need to open to allow the master ExecView server access to the remote clients? The remote clients have full access to the master ExecView server already, i'm concerned with the communication that takes place from the ExecView server to the client.

Also, another note, i've noticed that ExecView appears to be a bit unreliable. I installed this product yesterday and have already needed to restart the service about 3 or 4 times. Are there any known issues with regards to the ExecView service acting a bit flaky?

As for restaring of services, is there any error message?
- Does it prompt for restart of services?
- Does the service crash?
