I want to know this issue will relate to remote agnet license or not.

Quite a generic error..ensure no AV is scanning/blocking beremote.exe on the remote server...Also, ensure no other process is using NDMP port 10000 on the remote server

might want to increase the IRP stack size - http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH153800

lastly, try un-checking the option "Enable remote agent TCP dynamic port range" from Tools - Options - Network and Security
