Backups Failed - Failure accessing Snapshot Handle?

I have suddenly started getting the following error in Backup Exec V1: A failure occurred accessing the SnapShot handle. The log says to view - For additional information regarding this error refer to link V-79-57344-65218

BUT - I am not even using that option so why am I gtetting the error all of a sudden? Using Windows Server 2003

Was it while backing up the System State?

Thank you but ... As is typical with Veritas software - Just another bug that I resolved. Delted the job, set it back up and failure gone.
