Bckup SQL Server DATABASE

Hi.

I've a backup exec 10.d SP3 + hf 48 and 49 installed on windows server 2003 Standard edition with SP1.

I've downloaded this patch http://support.veritas.com/docs/280701 to install the remote agent on windows server 2003 R2 x64 version.

All work correctly if i backup data, but if i try the backup a sql server 2000 SP4 database, the job failed and the error report that is impossible to connect or login at the database.

The SQL Server installed on this machine is the x86 enterprise version at 32bit.

If i try on the job list to check the property, i can connect with the credential at SQL server.

What can I do?
