Block Size Errors VXA-3 Tape

When trying to run a backup from the server I am constantly receiving a failed error message stating the block size being used is incorrect.

Using Backup Exec 10.1 Rev. 5629 with SP2 and have installed the Veritas Tape Drivers 20061015_285593.

The original IBM Drivers where used prior to the installation of Veritas and the Veritas drivers was used over the OEM drivers.

Any Ideas????
