Can i monitor local MMS jobs from CASO (all MMS server are connected to CASO with catalogs distributed).

The option that you are after is called "Monitor jobs that are created locally on the managed Backup Exec server" which is disabled by default.
It can be accessed via CASO > Storage > MMS > Settings

What is the version of Backup Exec you are using. Is the CAS and MMS fully updated.

Backup Exec 2012. SP2 is not installed yet.
