CPS Snapshots are accessible via console but not web interface... All snapshots are showing and index state of not indexed. The indexing service is running and restarting it does not trigger indexing. No log errors related to this are showing.
technote 280869 was reviewed prior to my original post and none of the 3 situations described apply to my case. I. Indexing is installed and running. II. Their is sufficient space 150GB+ III. The index.log contains no errors except for the following:
Parametric refinement attempted to index 0 documents in 1 batches. 0 Succeeded : 0 Failures.
This seems to indicate that the indexing feature is functioning but that there is nothing to index.
My snapshots are set to hourly (24) and 7 days aging. They are accessable from console and manually browsing the file tree in the web based app.

Are you pointing me to the admin document?? Anything specific or at least a hint! I have not found any applicable info in the manual in relation to this problem except to restart the indexing service but that does not work.
The Backup Exec Continuous Protection Indexing Service will not start or stops when using the BERetrieve web console.

Index folder C:\Program Files\VERITAS\Continuous Protection Server\Autonomy was not present on the system as described in document. Running repair from the add/remove programs area fixed it... Thank you
