CPS disk to disk to tape

Hi all,

Currently we have Backup Exec and CPS both version 11d installed.
We would like to have our situation te be as following:

CPS makes continuous backup of all of our servers.
After that with Backup Exec, we will write the CPS data to disk for offsite storage.

We are currently trying this with our file servers. They are backed up continuously (whenever a file changes) to disk.
In the evening there is a job running which backs up the CPS data to tape.

The largest disk at our file server contains 205 Gb of data. With CPS it gets backed up properly so the folder on the CPS server also contains 205 Gb. However, when backing this data up to tape, it only writes 18 Gb to tape and skips a lot of files.
Is there a reason for this? Should the CPS job be stopped during the tape backup?

Hope to hear from you soon,

Regards,

Roger

Just some extra information to add, to hopefully make things more clear.
The job log shows a lot of the following errors:

V-79-57344-65033 - Directory not found. Cannot backup directory \Data\subdir\subdir\subdir\subdir and its subdirectories. (fictional directory name)

The directory DOES exist and is viewable. The rights are all OK. What else is there to check?

Regards,

Roger
