CPS pair log save failed..

hi:
i want to save cps pair log. i choose "save as",but the saved file look below:

Pair Log for Source 'HQ', Destination 'BACKUP-EXEC'
Date Created: 2006/9/20

Is it happening with all the pair logs or only this particular log ? When does this problem started ? Are there any errors in the event logs regarding this ?

i just install the cps server.
i have only one business server. and this is the first time i use this function.
my environment: both business server and protection server are
2003 R2 standard traditional chinese.
CPS with SP1-hotfix4

Hi:
it's a clean 2003 R2 + CPS + SP1HF5 install.
and i found SP1HF5 seems reboot a lot (compare to SP1 HF4).
i installed SP1HF5 about a week, and both machine (server and client)
reboot accidentally several times when i use remote desktop to login it.
these two server was very stable before installing CPS.
