Can BE 2010 CPS Server and Agent both run on the same server?

I have a client that wants to run Backup Exec 2010 CPS Server and Agent on the same server for the server is the CPS repository for other remote office servers plus has data that needs to be replicated to the company's second CPS Server for business continuity.   Is this possible with BE 2010?   I was able to do with version 10d and 12.

Yup it is possible .

You can have the backup exec agent and Cps running on the same system

Minimun 2 server are needed to use CPS and you cannot replicate the data to the same server .

Yes. You can have Backup Exec CPS 2010 and Backup Exec Remote agent on same server. but make sure that you do not schedule both jobs to run at the same time. If jobs are running at the same time then it may lock the resources causing the jobs to fail.
