Can anyone at Symantec help with Hotfix 34

Please can someone help me with this??? I cannot do GRT restores since installing SP2.

I have installed hotfix 34 for 11d 7170 in relation to this issue http://support.veritas.com/docs/295487

Catalogs: [Symantec][Backup Exec Catalog Driver]() Error while expanding some of my Exchange GRT selections

But I am still getting the same issue. Can anyone help?
