Yes, as it uses DNS to find a remote client. As long as you specify the remote client by it's DNS name you'll be fine, as the name won't change.

DHCP will simply update DNS whenever the IP address changes.

In addition to Al's comments, you'll need to make sure that your DHCP settings are configured to enable DNS dynamic updates, as I don't think it's enabled by default (at least it's not on the two DHCP servers I've just checked).
