I have a case open with Symantec on this but not really getting anywhere so I thought I ask the people!
Customer has 11d 7170 SP3 Media server.
Trying to back up SPS2007 which also has SQL 2000.
Was able to finally run a test backup of the SPS server on Friday last but since then I get:

This is really frustrating.
I note that since Friday when i try to select the SPS resources I get challenged for a different logon account but the Account i'm using worked fine for the successful backup!
I also note that when I drill down to the server resources in the selection list, I don't see the SPS resources at all!
Can someone tell me what could be going wrong here?
