I am trying to run a restore on a file. I inserted the media into the drive, went through the restore screen, and this is what it looks like:

For some reason when I select the "All Resources," nothing shows up at all. I've tried inserting 5 different tapes and no files show up to restore. I've verified the date range is correct and that I'm using the right tapes. Now if you'll look at my job monitor, you will see that it is backing up 84 gigabytes of data, so something is definitely on those tapes (I am trying to restore 7/9/10):

Why can't I see any selections to restore? I NEVER make any changes to Backup Exec, yet I am contstantly having problems with backups not working and getting failing messages (as you'll notice for the dates of 7/12, which are in red because they failed for some reason). I don't know if this is relevant to not being able to restore, but I tried to run a manual test backup on a single file and got the below error, which is a message I seem to get a lot:
