Can´t see Drive (IBM TS3100)

Hello everyone!
We use Backup Exec 11D (Rev.7170 - SP4 + HF69). Last week we got a new TS3100. I installed the driver and i see the changer and the drive in the System Device Manager (Windows  2003 Std.Edition - SP2). After start from BE11, i see only the Library but no Drive.

I read a lot of docs from symantec. Also http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/300325.htm (Device Driver Installer) with should be install the neccessary driver in BE11. But it doesn´t work.

What can i do to see the drive?

Hello,

Solution 1:
Go to the devices tab, right click on the Changer and disable it, right click again and delete it. Restart Backup exec services...Tools-->Backup Exec Services..Restart all services

Solution 2:
Go to tools-->Device Configuration Wizard and check if Drives are listed or not...

Solution 3:
We need to perform a Powercycle on the network:
1  : Turn OFF the Server and the Library
2  : Disconnect the library and turn ON the server.
3  : Turn OFF the server and connect the library
4  : Turn ON the library and let it come up...
5  : Turn ON the server and check if its listed in Backup Exec

I deleted the loader an configure once again. and then it works fine.
